- the under noted expression "the seller" means "Skylax srl"
- "the purchaser" means the person, firm or company with whom the seller has entered a contract of sale

- the purchaser shall be responsible for receiving, unloading and checking the goods in the presence of the carrier
- the purchaser is responsible for all tariffs and taxes imposed by his country
- European taxes are detailed and automatically exposed in order form and Invoice
- the seller reserves the right to limit sales or not to sell to any customer
- any variation of these conditions must be in writing and confimed by the seller.
