- SHIPPING CHARGES: Merchandise is shipped free freight in Italy. Merchandise is shipped free freight in most European countries with a minimum of 146.00 EURO total invoice without V.A.T. Shipping costs - if any - are specified in our Proforma Invoice.

- TRACKING: In case of tracking service we send you the tracking number of our freight forwarders after merchandise has been picked up at our works in Italy.

- SHIPPING RISKS: All merchandise is shipped fully assembled. Merchandise is packed in cardboard with polyester foam insert or in shinked PET-foil. We pay a shipping policy for you. We suggest not to sign shipping documents until you have inspected merchandise for shipping damages. Moreover we suggest to keep the shipping material. Return freight will be of your responsibility.

- COMPLAINTS: You need a written authorization from Skylax srl before you can return any item. If you feel swindled and if you do not get the maximum transparency in communicating with Skylax srl, you might recede from the contract in 10 days time and without penalty
