- all prices are without sales tax (V.A.T./MwSt/I.V.A.). - Italian taxes (V.A.T./I.V.A.) are shown in our Order Form - total invoice with VAT to be paid by European (EU) customers only - total invoice without Vat to be paid by non-European customers - JumboStep and KingStep carry a full 3 years warranty - CityStep and CountryStep carry a full 3 years warranty - warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship, when operating under normal conditions and properly maintained - for information on correct operation and good maintenance read the Safety Manuals for Skylax ladders - you need a written authorization from Skylax before you can return any item - if you feel swindled and if you do not get the maximum transparency in communicating with Skylax, you might recede from the contract in 10 days time and without penalty - never repair ladders ! - replace ladder modules and spare parts ! - CountrySteps are made of 2 modules, CitySteps are made of 3 modules - all modules of CountryStep and CityStep are replaceable with each other - see Ladder Spare parts for more details - all spare parts are manually replaceable - single plastics spare parts are free of charge - please order ladders, ladder modules and/or spare parts going through our pricelist (even single pieces) 13 General Conditions and Delivery
